PAPAYA BREAD PUDDING

    Hello, readers today I am going to share an interesting and new dessert recipes. I know everyone love to have sweets. some peoples are so crazy for sweets😋. Especially kids, kids are craving to have sweets, but more amount of sweets is not good for health. Always we worried about this. 
    
    But,  now don't worry today the recipes is full of vitamins and fiber. Today's recipes is papaya bread pudding. 


     Papaya is rich in nutrition. It has 60 calories. Rich in vitamin C, vitamin E, antioxidants. Everyone like papaya because of its sweet taste and buttery texture, papaya is a all seasons favorite fruits.

    Today we are going to see how pudding is made with use of bread and papaya. Free gelatin,  free agar agar. it can be made within 20 - 30 minute, no long process. Its very easy recipe kids will love this dish.

    I have posted step by step picture of recipe to understand pretty easy.

    To make papaya bread pudding, firstly we are going to start with doing caramel. Sugar was melted and boil it, until it became caramel constancy. Pour caramel on pan and spread all over bottom of pan. And keep it aside to set.

   
Grind 5 medium size bread and keep it aside.


    Grind 1 cup of papaya make it smooth paste, keep it aside. 

     
   Mix milk, sugar, papaya paste, and condenses milk let it to boil.

   Dilute custard powder in little amount of water, add it on milk and finally add bread crumbs on it. mix it well and cook it. Till it become thick constancy. Pour it on pan which contain caramel. 

    Cover the pan with aluminum foil, and steam it for 10 - 15 minute. After that cool it on refrigerator.


 Serve it chill.      


    

PREPARATION TIME : 10 minute 

COOKING TIME          : 20 minute

TOTAL TIME                : 30 minute

INGREDIENTS:

FOR CARAMEL:

  1. Sugar - 6 tsp + 1tsp water
FOR PAPAYA BREAD PUDDING:
  1. Papaya - 1/4 cup
  2. Milk - 1 cup
  3. Condensed milk - 1/3 cup
  4. Bread - 5 slice
  5. Custard powder - 3 tsp + 1/4 water
  6. Sugar - 4 tsp

METHOD:

  1. For caramel preparation, boil 6tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of water. After complete melt of sugar. Boil it for caramel formation. After few minutes brown coloured yummy caremal appear. Pour it on pan. keep it aside for solidify.
  2. Grind bread, keep it aside. Grind papaya as a fine paste. 
  3. Mix milk, condensed milk, papaya paste, and sugar. Boil it for few second.
  4. Dilute custard power in 1/4 cup of water, pour it on  milk mixture. 
  5. Add bread crumbs and cook till it become fine thick paste.
  6. Pour it on pan, cover it with the help of aluminum foil. Steam it for 10 - 15 minute.
  7. Refrigerate it. And serve it cool.
